This profile provides a single button to press, this will immediately notify the next of kin via an automated telephone call, text message and email of their current location. A custom chat console allowing the finder to communicate via text directly with the next of kin without needing to share personal contact details. These features ensure prompt and precise help. This technology is designed to offer peace of mind and a quick response in case our members wander or are lost.

Our bands come in two sizes to fit most wrists. They are made from durable, high-quality silicone that is comfortable to wear and easy to clean. The QR code is de-bossed on the band along with two internationally recognised medical alert symbols. The band is linked to your loved one's profile, This profile can be updated at any time to ensure that the information is current and accurate. The bands are waterproof and designed to withstand everyday wear and tear, meaning there is little reason to remove. There is no batteries to change or charging required, making it a simple and effective solution to help keep your loved one safe.

ElderTrace's Premium Guardian profile system includes a secure chat console that connects directly to your email and text messages. When someone finds your loved one in need and scans their QR code, they can send a message through this console. The message is then forwarded to your phone as a text, this all happens within a second. You can respond directly via text, and your reply will appear in the chat console for the finder. This system ensures your phone number remains private, as the finder will only see your message, not your contact details. This setup provides a safe, efficient way to communicate during critical moments without compromising personal information.

When a finder accesses your loved one's profile through our ElderTrace QR code system, our technology requests permission to use the location services on the finder's mobile device. This enables us to pinpoint and send the precise location of your loved one directly to your phone. Mobile phone location services typically offer accuracy within about 5 meters, providing you with a reliable and immediate way to locate your loved one. This feature is crucial for promptly addressing situations where loved ones with dementia may wander, enhancing their safety and giving caregivers added peace of mind.

We don't believe in contracts. You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no complicated process. We want you to be totally satisfied with the service we offer. If you cancel after a monthly payment has been taken, you will still have access to the service until the end of that billing period. Cancelling is easy and can be done with two clicks through your personal profile.

No, the finder will not see any of your personal data. They will only see the information you have chosen to share about your loved one. We securely store your contact details, such as your telephone number and email address; the finder interacts directly with our system, and we promptly forward the communication to you.
